(M-BF4) Steam distilled flowers from the Madagascar. Ylang Ylang was first commercially used by the Victorians in hair oil, and to condition and stimulate hair growth. It was long used by the Islanders of tropical Asia to treat insect bites, inflamed skin and to ward off infection.

APPLICATIONS: The sweet potent floral scent is useful in floral perfumes. It has hypnotic and relaxing effects like those of the hyacinth and narcissus flowers. For skin and hair it can be rejuvenating. In aromatherapy is it used to calm tensions and lift negative moods.

NOTES: Use in moderation and dilute well.
