Properties: penetrates readily skin & hair, potent moisturizer & softener of the skin, makes the skin more elastic, soothes irritated skin (anti-inflammatory effects), heals minor wounds (promotes cell turnover), gives the hair moisturize & shine, reduces spilt ends.
APPEARANCE: White Powder easily dispersible in water, no or faint odor.
USAGE RATES: Use at a rate of 0.5-3%.
SOLUBILITY: Soluble in water & alcohol, not in oils.

Which is it?
