Papaya contains Vitamin A which helps to increase new cell formation, Vitamin C as an anti-oxidant and proteins to smooth and soften the skin. The fruit enzyme, papain, dissolves excessive cell build-up on the stratum corneum making Papaya excellent in stabilizing oily skin. It is also an effective exfoliate on dry areas. Papaya is often used in skin products to give a natural 'lift' and for rejuvenation of the skin. It softens comedones, brightens and prepares the skin for any treatment. Its cleansing and antiseptic properties also make Papaya useful for acne control.
Usage Rate: Up to 0.5% of total formula

Rebecca, please keep this in stock. Also larger quantity like 1 lb. would be great. I add this to neutral based castille soap, and also my dead sea muds. At 0.5% you can easily use this for your whole body. Really easy to use, and does brighten and exfoliating your skin in a gentle way. My husbands skin is so sensitive, so he can use more aggressive methods like the crystals I use. Helps him greatly when he let me apply it in a mask. Great product! It's also great to take internally as a enzyme to break down your food.
