A by-product of steam distilled flowers from France: Calming and Strengthening. This oil was named after an Italian princess that used the oil of the orange blossom as a perfume. The highly valued and expensive essential oil takes a ton of flowers to extract 1000mls of essential oil. It has a wonderful hypnotic scent and was the primary ingredient in the very first Eau de Cologne. APPLICATIONS: Neroli has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and healing properties. It is useful for all skin types and its therapeutic value for dry and ageing skin makes its expense worthwhile. It has a slightly warm and calming action and is useful to treat stress and anxiety.
