Description
Our clear dial up pen comes with a choice of two tips, brush tip or multi holed sponge tip. It may be used for a variety of products ranging from lipgloss to cuticle oil. Dial the bottom up to get the product out of the top. There are 3 pieces, the pen, top cap and tip that is inserted after it if filled. The tip is easily removable. We will also sell replacement tips.
