Our Jojoba Gloss Base has the unique ability to suspend fruit powder and/or incorporate liquid fruit extracts. In addition to our powdered fruits I have also tested all our natural liquid colorants successfully. I have only tried using these successfully with our base alone plus a little extra clear jojoba oil mixed in to make it pourable enough to get into a lipgloss tube. You may try adding other ingredients such as beeswax, esters, etc but I make no guarantee that your lipgloss won't seperate or curdling as many of our DIY experiments do! You may use any natural liquid oil with the base to make it thinner. Do not use silicone or any other modified oil such as fractionated coconut as they will separate out.

You will need:

Lip Gloss Base HV

Strawberry Fruit Powder

Strawberry Flavor Oil

A little honey or our lip product Sweetener.

Pour out a bit of the Jojoba Base into the Mixing cup. As much as you think you need.

Add a scoop of Strawberry Powder. (note, this will not add much color to the actual product even though it is strongly colored.)

Stir the fruit powder in well. Next add a drop or two (to taste) of Strawberry Flavor Oil and Honey or our Sweetener if you want a Vegan Product. Don't over do it!

Not finished yet and want more pizazz! Pick out a pretty Mica colors. I added our "Pele" .

Stir it in well. Next add a little bit of oil to this until it is the consistency that allows you to pour it into a lip gloss container.
