Take note, we get several questions at anytime during the day regarding formlulating and asking for advice. Some questions require thought and lengthy answers. You question may not be answered for up to 3 days because of this. Additionally your answers to these questions are based on Manufacturers guidelines (if it's about a product) or opionion. The customer is responsible for testing and trialing products, most especially for resale.

If you are contacting us in regard to an order and it's during normal working hours you should expect to recieve and answer withing 2-3 hours.
