It primes the lids for an easy soft smooth application of powdered eyeshadows.
It's lightly tinted to neutralizes eye lid color and may be used under the eye to hide shadows.

Great Product and a great price. I love the primer I ordered. It is not greasy but does moisturize.You only need to use a little bit and it goes on smooth, covers circles and your shadow stays on for hours. I don't usually bother to review but this one is a big thumbs up!
