Fresh cut and dried herbs that are pre-blended for infusions. Pre-packed in small and large tea bags. Add these to hot water and steep. You may then use this as your water phase for shampoos, rinses, creams and lotions. 1 small tea bag per pint of water or a large tea bag for up to a gallon of water. Always use purified distilled water when infusing for cosmetic products.
