How to use a Powder Press

Powder Presses will give your products a professional look in addition to allowing you to compress the powders as they should be. The harder your powder in pressed into your container the better the outcome will be.

1. After blending your pigments and powders spray in your binder. The amount of binder you use will vary. I usually start with about 5 sprays.

2. Blend your binder in well with a mortar and pestle, or with a  spatula or blender. Add more binder as needed till you powder is slightly damp and pressable.

3. Add your powder to the container and press down with the powder press. Repeat this process till the container is full.
